Previously, Ellis had played in League tournaments across the world – not only as a player, but also as a team captain and manager. In the past, Ellis has also joined multiple other groups and causes – including Vibby, Repable, and Facebook. Now, Ellis will advocate for many of OSD’s various programs. This includes the Respawn Initiative, which uses video games as part of the medical rehabilitation and occupational therapy that members of the military may require, as well as a new push to make eSports more accessible to them.

According to OSD’s CEO:

Operation Supply Drop is committed to using gaming as a way to help those overseas, generally as a way to bring them together as a team with cooperative and competitive gaming. If you’d like to know more about Operation Supply Drop, you can check them out here.
